• credit/debit card details (these are not stored by us but accepted through the HSBC Gateway)
We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent. The personal information which we hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy and the law . Order details will be deleted from our secure server after each order is complete – no personal or payment details will be retained on a permanent basis.
Security Policy
All order details submitted through this site are processed through and held on a secure server. All website content is held in a secure, password protected database, and accessed solely by authorised personnel.
Cancellations and Returns
Customers have a right to cancel their order from the date of the contract and up to 7 working days after. Money received will be returned within 30 days of the cancellation. The consumer may have to pay the cost of returning the goods.
Deliveries
Except for items that are advance orders, goods will be delivered within 30 days, although usually much sooner (Please see Delivery page). If this proves for whatever reason not to be possible, the customer will be informed immediately, and offered a full refund.
Complaints
If you have an issue with any of our services or goods, please contact us either by e-mail at sale@tawvalleytrains.co.uk , or by telephone on 01769 581010. Complaints received by email will be acknowledged within 5 working days.
Newsletter
All customers will be included in regular newletter emails. This may be cancelled by return email if the customer wishes to un-subscribe.
